Precision diagnostics uses methods in molecular biology to detect changes in the structure or expression of genetic material in organisms to produce a diagnosis. Genetron's IVD platform provides solutions for molecular diagnosis using core fluorescent quantitative PCR, digital PCR, and high-throughput sequencing (NGS) systems.

LABORATORY DEVELOPED TEST

Genetron's LDT platform covers 8 of the 10 most common cancer types in China, accounting for both tissue biopsy and liquid biopsy. Our services range from detection tests of a specific gene for a particular cancer to comprehensive detection of whole exome sequencing of 210 million genes, to custom molecular testing services for biopharmaceutical development.
